Live Homework Help®
Live Homework Help® for students and adult learners
Online tutors are available on demand, every day from 2 p.m. to 11 p.m. for one-to-one help with everything from homework to skills building and test prep. Professionally trained and experienced tutors will help students in kindergarten through 12th grades with math, science, English and social studies. Tutors will help adult learners with their GED, adult education courses, grammar help with their resume or a work-related project, and more.
How it works
The student and tutor communicate in a virtual classroom via IM (instant messenger). Live Homework Help® also uses two-way white boards, which are especially helpful for math and science problems. Through Live Homework Help®, the tutor sees the grade level, subject and student’s question and the student sees the tutor’s first name and last initial. The tutor is not allowed to share personal or identifying information. With your Black Earth, Mazomanie or Dane County library card, you may get free Live Homework Help® every day, 2 to 11 p.m.
Notice! A dialog box now opens when you click on the Smiley icon that says you can create a free account. This is not necessary. You can close the box and still get in without an account in your name. If you, however, choose this option there will be some features available to you as a returning student to get the same tutor or other new options that aren't available without the special account.
NEW! Mobile tutoring now available for iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad!
Wisconsin Heights School District's Live Homework Help® is funded entirely by the Madison Community Foundation and the Wisconsin Heights Education Foundation. Click on the smiley logo to get started.
